If you want to get a refund after an incorrect payment making, please print and fill out the online form to request a refund.

We will respond to your request as soon as possible: you will hear back from us the very same day or the following day within administration working hours.

To sign the request form is NECESSARY. Please attach the scanned copies of the request and payment cheque to the boxes below.

Attention please! You will be able to have incorrectly made payment refunded or payment data corrected just then when the payment has not been made because of data being incorrect. If the payment nevertheless has been made (e.g., in reality, the incorrectly indicated address or phone number exists), the refund or data correction will be impossible.
